Event Details
The DVCHAP Training is intended for advocates and staff of gender-based violence programs to make referrals into the Domestic Violence Coordinated Housing Access Point (DVCHAP), the domestic violence coordinated entry system in King County. This system is the parallel system to the Coordinated Entry system held by the King County Regional Homelessness Authority. This system serves survivors who are homeless under Category 4 of Homelessness. DVCHAP is a closed system for GBV programs to refer and to receive referrals: all partners are held to the confidentiality/privilege requirements of Victim Service Providers as established under VAWA/VOCA/FVPSA.
